Ok, my system is as follows:
- choose a niche
- make a blog, start writing articles
- make clickbank ebook + sales page
- promote the product through the page
It so happened that my associate and decided to separete oruselves. He took most of the articles from the blog, I still got the (almost empty) blog and the product. The strange thing I noticed is that the more we delivered good content on the blog the less the ebook would sell.
It happened when we launched it and now again.
From 28 articles, the blog got down to to, the # of visitors cut in half and yet sales have started to grow.
So I thought of this system:
Make smaller article,s good info but don't give everything away.At the end of the article put something like: "If you liked my article, please check my ebook, where u will find..."
Then add some bullet points from the ebook but related to the content of the article.
For example: let's say I have an ebook about dog training.
I write a small article about German shepherds and why they can be very well trained. I give good quality info about them, maybe a few trick they can teach on the spot. Then at the end I say: "if you liked my article, please check out my ebook, where you will also learn:
- how to train your dog in 30 days (not a dog expert, just for example's sake)
- 250+ tricks you can teach any dog and 5 tricks that work best on German shepherds
"
Notice how the bullet points are relative to the article
Also, just to make sure u understand: the articles provide good info, I just don't want to overdo it.
What do you guys think about this? Is this niche dependent?
