Default what can I do if an article url doesn't work..

I found an article I would like to add to my auto responder series, but the article is old and the owner does not own the domain any more and the url just takes you to the standard "This domain may be for sale. Buy this Domain" page. I always include the url in any resourse box when I use an article from an article directory, but I was wondering if I have to use the url since it doesn't take you to the intended page.

I really don't want to send it out if I have to include that link because it would look tacky to anyone that clicks the link. Can anyone tell me if I have to include the link when the website doesn't exist any longer?

Thanks
Clint
