Is There Any Authority Sites (or Web 2.0) Submitter?

Dear Warriors,

I have article-submitter, I also have bookmarking-software to automate bookmarking process. but is there any Authority Sites Submitter? to automate content-publishing to several sites, such as : Google Knol, Squidoo, etc...

    I have a similar question as we are looking for a tool that allows us to keep track and post to more sites than the ones we've found.

    While interlinking would be nice (like SENuke) our primary concern is to be able to autologin and publish the content and keep track of where it was published.
