Best Wordpress plugin for putting ads inside blog posts?

I'm able to edit the templates to place ads inside blog posts. But the problem is that they're also listed 10 times on the index page.

Anybody know of a good plugin?

I use openx, but i've heard good things about the max banner ads plugin if you want to stick with the plugin route.
