Hey, I need more competition like I need another hole in my head.
But honestly? I really like when I've inspired someone to get off their keister Urban Dictionary: keister and do something. So, if you have not realized it already there is a contest going on. Write a sales type letter promoting the War Room. Letters are to be done in a WSO format. My first WSO was a bit of a pain for me because I had no idea on how to format it. This contest gives you a challenge to not only try your hand at doing some copy, but also learn a little BB code! So, here is a site to learn some of that code: BBCode - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Here is another "hint" - You can find a WSO that you like the formatting on, use the quote key, but don't post! Look at the quote and you will see the colors, fonts, sizes, etc and the BB code that follows. When you are ready down the road to do your first WSO, you will have had a little practice. Not to mention - YOU HAVE TO BE IN IT TO WIN IT! You never know. You might just do something to win 1k or 5k - who knows? Don't be shy, and just go try it. There is no fail here - at least not if you try. There is only learning and improving. |

Hi Jill

![]() It's a straightforward matter to use the built-in formatting controls already available in this forum. For those unaware of this, you just need to go into your User Control -> Settings And Options -> Edit Options, then scroll down to Miscellaneous -> Message Editor Interface. Just ensure that you've checked the box for either "Standard Editor" or "Enhanced Editor" and save. You can then play around with all kinds of formatting in blissful ignorance of BBCode ![]() Frank

Frank - THANKS! I was scared of what that BBcode thing meant but after following your directions, I am blissfully ignorant of it!
(plus, now I know how to format my dang WSOs!) |

You know what doesn't seem to work for me anymore? I had this nice WF toolbar which has disappeared since upgrading firefox. Who made that? Where are they? Can they do it again? Can we talk them into doing a new one? Inquiring minds want to know!
