It's called getting in your potential customers head.

Everybody has thoughts floating around in their heads -- think about yourself right now --- what are your thinking about --what are your concerns -- what do you need solutions for?

Imagine if you go to a site and that site has all the answers to your concerns and questions --- wouldn't that make you more inclined to have a receptive response to the site's offer and buy.

On the other hand, what if the site didn't address your problems -- that would make you click on ...

Always try and get into your customers head.
