New script install on the horizon -- new type of script to install.
Oh, need to get information.
Get from client (or from client's download page, with permission all the way around.).
Something goes wrong. Now the download link has expired.
Oh wait -- I'm in luck, it didn't -- hooray.
Now, open pdf. Pdf says watch video. Video is in mp4 format.
How to watch mp4 format.
Get VLC Media player.
Hmmm....which version should I get, how should I download it ... and from where?
Okay -- well, while taking a break from that. Ooooh, fascinating copywriting product I can download from a memberhip I'm in.
Very cool. Pulse races. Excitment grows.
Go to link -- put in email, get a dlguard page download the file. Oh. I need a mind map viewer.
Put in another email (I think.) -- get a link to download the viewer.
The software company has moved the page. Or deleted it. At least it's not there any more. Look around on the site to download the viewer. Can't find it. Now have posted a request on the forum asking for help in locating the viewer for downloading.

Note that, while much of what's been going on goes on using zip files -- those are a really small hurdle these days with windows.
Guess I'll go check out how to install VLC media player now.
(not to include minor requests from clients to upload files and things like that. And, "can you install this script on my website, which is on my computer?" I like different. That one is a little beyond what I expected, though! Time to get out the WAMP guides, I guess.)
Oh...and don't I have some salesletters to write???
I'm never going to get around to releasing any of the half-dozen or so WSOs I'd like to complete.... Sigh.
