Plugin to point a word to a certain paragraph plugin

Hi,

I am looking for a wordpress plugin to link a word in a wordpress page or post to a certain paragraph or title in the same page, much like what a PDF document can do. For example, I have a table of contents that when people click on any of the titles in the TOC, it will bring them down to the contents in the same Page. TQ

You don't need a " plugin " for this.. you can google " Anchor links ".. or the proper HTML term would be a " bookmark link ".
