People Who Buy Ready Made Sites Advice Please

I sell sites as WSOs with unique graphics and articles.
I am thinking of putting together some packs with multiple sites in each pack.
What i would like to know is if people bought one of these packs would they prefer.

1) Mixed - different types of sites in each pack
2) themed - ie all health related or all pet related etc.
3) dont mind either way

Hi.

I prefer one site with lot of (25 - 100 pages) unique content instead of several websites, with 10 - 15 pages, on the same theme.
