What can I do with my 225 Domains

Hi Guys

I have around 225 domain names laying dormant in a Hosting account(please dont ask why) some of them are dumb names but others are really good. How can I start making money with these , and is it possible to hire someone who can be paid based on % profit to make good money.

It becomes humanly impossible to keep up with that many sites. There's some new software I'm going to try called traffic android, then might help with the task, at least to a degree, but you'd need content. Dormant? Okay I won't ask why, but without some content, they won't do much, you.

Doing a quick google search for domain parking, I find this url

    Parked.com - What is Parked.com

I do NOT endorse them, just found them this second, but parking might be one way to make a bit of coin.

As for a %, you'd have to try elance, scriptlance and someother and simply ask. It would take work, content and back links to get them moving, I'd look at the parking option, at least temporarily.

Start developing them one at a time. Choose one, make it profitable, flip it or keep it for passive income and move on to the next.

You can put related articles and link them all to your mother site for SEO purposes.

I have a nice little strategy I use for this type of situation - but no-one has ever talked about it here and I don't want to adversely effect it's impact for you, so PM me and I'll let you in on it.

    ducatibatty,

You are leaving money at the table if you have that domain. And I know one thing for sure: Your domain names will be expiring each day and you will not renew some since you are not making money out of it. What you need to do includes:

    1. Park the domain and make money with them each day.
    2. Sell them
    3. Lease them
    4. develop mini site with a few niche and make money with your product or affiliate marketing
    5. Create a blog, add quality content, grow the site. Once there is enough traffic, sell the site.

I find that you are always going to make the most money from the top 10% of sites (or fewer). I have about 125 domains myself, but I focus on the ones that matter most. I have been able to at least pay for the annual domain fee for most of the others (that I don't maintain all that much), but I continue to hold them as an investment.

It is okay to contact me! I have been developing software since 1999, creating many popular products like phpLD.

My advice is to place one page of content on each of them and host them, that way they'll be accruing domain age. If you decide to use one for a project down the line, it's cool to already have domain age accrued. If you want to flip them, then it also makes for a selling point.

Cash park them all first. Then get a hosting account at hostgator for $7/month. Start creating small websites with adsense one at a time until you are finished. Remember to use adsense channels. The best profiting ones are the ones you continue to develop. Sell the losers if they aren't paying the reg. fees.

    If you read this thread:
    http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...utes-work.html

You'll see how I often make use of domains which are sitting around unused.

Basically - I setup a Wordpress blog which has a few articles and then grabs content using rss and auto-socialbookmarks all posts using Onlywire.

You can set it and forget it. Depending on how you configure it the blogs can grow at any speed you like and will just keep building pages, links and traffic with no further effort for as long as you want.

It's up to you how you monetise it.
