Tubemogul "More Sites" locked - Any TB Guru?

I have this problem. Tubemogul blocked sites as seen bellow. I want them unlocked.

What am i missing here Tubemogul gurus?

I had my TubeMogul account deleted because I uploaded videos that were considered too promotional... WTF... Last time I checked I was a marketer and the videos I created weren't anything out of the ordinary.

Looks like I'll have to create videos with more substance, which isn't a problem but TubeMogul didn't give me the chance to rectify the situation... just sent an email Your Account Has been Deleted ... LOL

Hey Fernando,

You gotta be careful if you want to "unlock" these sites.
They'll go through your existing content to see if they like
it.

If they just "think" that the various sites like YouTube,
Viddler, Revver don't like your video, they'll terminate your
TubeMogul account.

... that happened to me.

The only thing they said was "we don't think they'll like your
s***" - or something to that effect. Especially if you are
using TubeMogul for commercial purposes.

Oh, and to get them unlock... you'll need to request and they
will check your existing content.
