You can try using Wordtracker. They offer a 7 days free trial. Also Nichebot is cool.

There are so few "perfect" keywords like that anymore, you'll probably have to compromise on one of the two criteria. Or plan to spend a LOT of time trolling through keyword lists to find a few good ones.

Don't be afraid to experiment with what works best for your business, regardless of what the gurus say. Maybe you're able to get ranked with more competitive keywords - you just have to try.

That said, my favorite keyword tool lately has been WordTracker's GTrends. Plus, it's free!

Those terms were competitive several years ago and even more so now.

Why don't you look for a way to access the market first and worry about keywords later?

The revenue potential will ultimately come down to your ability to access the market anyway so why not find a way into one of those markets and then just incorporate the keyword factors into your plans rather than be focused on them before you have any clear way to make money.

You may just need to change the way you think about this, and your approach.

You can play with the big boys - so don't cut yourself out before you even start.

For example:

Anxiety Medication Side Effects - Monthly Searches: 64,500 Competition: 623,000

Now, instead of immediately saying that's too many, take a look at the competition. What's their page rank, how optimized are the pages, etc...

People manage to get a number one ranking with much stiffer competition. Yes, these niches are pretty saturated, but you can find a way around that. I'm not saying sink your house payment into this or anything, but do a few simple tests and see where you end up.

Instead of looking at the big niche, go with a few long tails and segment that niche.

For example, I did a press release for a client back in December focusing on auto parts. They now rank anywhere from 1-10 on Google amidst competition ranging from 200k to more than 1.3m for their keywords - with a really old press release.

Bottom line - it can be done. It won't be easy - but you can do it

Just don't psyche yourself out before you get started.
