Best Information Licensing Guru?

I am looking for a course on information licensing, but I'm having a hard time locating one. Anyone know of a guru that teaches information licensing (contacting product owners and licensing existing info products)?

Regarding Bob Serling, I actually looked carefully at his product "Million Dollar Licensing", but it appears to be more geared toward being a middle-man in a JV deal and licensing a "marketing method" rather than directly licensing products from product owners.

Anyone have experience with Bob Serling's information or know of an alternate product that he offers which addresses this specifically?
