How do you do get to the top of the rankings in you tube for your keyword areas?

I've found it best to use the keywords wisely in the title, and in the description. Also make sure you use the tags for keywords. Then what I find also helps, is to do a search with your keywords, and find a video near the top that allows video responses, and use your video as a response video. Linking to your video from other sites and articles also helps.
