What tasks are included in Niche research? And would anyone like to do it for me?

I've made it my mission to start outsourcing as much of the tedious tasks as possible & I've got a list of potential "golden opportunities" that I had intended to research a looonnngg time ago & have never gotten around to it.

I have 2 questions:

First, when outsourcing research on a niche, what tasks do you usually ask someone to do? Keyword research? Competition research? Most effective ways of advertising/connecting with prospects in the niche? What am I missing?

And second, if anyone reading this has experience researching a niche & would like to do it for me- please PM me - I'd be interested in hiring you.

I'm going to give a go at totally outsourcing a project- from research, to creation, to marketing - we shall see what happens!
