List Building Question

I would like to know if any warriors have heard of
a site called Rent-a-List and if you can give me
any feedback would be helpful.

I have used them before - not worth the money in my opinion. Very few optins with a very good offer. The people on that list get paid to open and read the email or paid to click on the link.

In order to make it work, you would have to have an unbelieveable free offer for them to sign up for.
