Time saver for downloading files...

I could not live without this tool:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/201

Have you ever purchased a package with dozens of links to download huge files?

Only to have to click on each of those links wait for it to load and download it and wait for it to download before you can click the next to download it?

Down them all is a great download management tool that has a couple of huge time saving features.

You can select areas of a page using your normal mouse selection and then right click that area and tell down them all to download all the file links in that area of the page... you can even have it identify only the file types you want to download ie. zip files and pdfs etc.

You can also right click on a page and just tell down them all to search for and download all links to specific file types on a page.

And like other downloaders you can pause processes and resume later if needed.

There is nothing I hate more than spending my days click click clicking on download links and with the volume of downloads I have been purchasing lately from the WSO forum this is just a must have time saver and great free tool.

Now I can buy a package with a couple dozen links and download the entire think in just a couple clicks and move on with more important tasks.

    Josh,
Thanks for the info and link. I am a downloader alright. My older win98 pc has 5 hard drives with 300 Gigs of stuff I downloaded. Lots of videos and PLR, MRR and resale rights products of which many are video courses which take up lots of space. This tool will be awesome to use. I like the idea of getting all the links at once. I'm used to right clicking and saving each link one at a time.

I am a long, long, long time fan of downthemall.

One of their versions they finally had something I had really wanted from them:
A way to export all the information in the manager out. That way I could get the information about where I downloaded this or that file, and where I downloaded it from, etc. (yes, I do not want my completed downloads removed from the list, thank you.)

But it seems that that feature (hard to find when I did find it) went away.

I am SUCH a fan of DownThemAll.

Certain downloads, however, won't work with them. I'm trying to remember which ones.... Oh -- unless it changed recently -- when I want to download all my WF pms (doesn't matter what format.)
