Default Add Proxies To Internet Explorer

I've heard you can add proxies to IE. Can any explain how to add proxies to Internet Explorer? What proxy should I use, where do I find them ect.

Thanks
Michael

As far as I know you can only add one at a time.

Internet Tools > Connection > LAN Settings and then fill out and tick the two boxes at the bottom.

I just had to do this whilst using Bookmarking Demon.
