I'm considering some recorded phone calls and looking for your input.
I have recorded Skype calls using screenflow - but I'm looking at what else I can do. I have a Macbook, soundbooth, cellphone (an old samsung), screenflow and skype obviously, and the other regular goodies that come with a mac. If I go via internet I am using an evdo card. I'm not sure if I would be better off somehow going directly using my cell phone so this is where I'm looking for input. If I do go with a cell phone, what is the best way to set this up with what I have? Oh, I do have a usb headset that came with my MacSpeech Dictate. You are all probably going to think I am crazy, but when I record on my mac now I usually let it flow into the built in microphone. I have a naturally loud voice that carries (ha ha, this has its benefits and pitfalls) so getting a strong recording when just doing myself has never been an issue. My goal is to get the best quality audio on a phone conversation that I can with what I have. Anyone else done phone type stuff and have what I have? Thanks, Jill |

You've got just about everything you need so no need to worry. All you need is call recorder for mac and you're good to go. You can download it from apple's site. Dont over complicate things, use skype and the call recorder. Problem solved.
