Hi Everyone, Sandy here... I've been seeing references to new, very strict, FTC regulations for online marketers. This is a small part of it, but not everything. (Quote from part of an email I just received from Net Marketer: Gary Ambrose) "We can't talk about specific results, we can't use income statements, and if we're getting paid for a promotion of any kind ... we need to disclose it. " But I can't seem to find to whole regulatory copy of it. Can anybody help with this? Thanks so much. Sandy ----------------- |

Ok tj and Steven, Let's not quibble over words, such as: Guides / Regulations... Let's just agree that there are different aspects to what the 1980 rules were. They added some stuff to reflect the current market conditions. So, be nice please. All I was asking for is the locations where I could read up on the "Changes." |
