Hmm, I'll be the first to admit that I'm very guilty of trying to find shortcuts and the BEST way to make money online etc. Its really only very recently that I've begun to implement massive action, and I say implement because its predominantly outsourced.
HOWEVER, I don't see the critical issue being about working hard, or even really focus... I'd say the reason people have trouble is because their campaigns are INCOMPLETE. No one knows when/whether they've reached their goals, so they stop prematurely. Nowadays, when I look at an empty account, I say to myself, well unless i'm getting 100 hops a day through that link, I cant really expect to be making sales. And if im not getting those hops I think, well unless my articles are ranked on the first pages then im not getting the traffic to drive those hops. And if my articles are on page 1 and im still not getting the traffic, then I dont have enough articles to drive enough traffic, or the keywords aren't searched for enough. My 2 cents. |

If you do your due dilligence, have a plan of attack and a strategy theres nothign stoppong you from going out there and taking action. Its the taking action part where most people struggle.

Good post.
People who make money are not any more or less smart than anyone else- they just take action on a daily basis and stick with it. When I was just getting started a few years ago I made Clickbank sales without much planning- I just took action. That wasn't very smart but I made two sales in one day without really knowing what I was doing. Things a bit different now with better planned action and more knowledge. I will also say people think they have to know almost everything about IM before they get started; you don't. Just get started with a bit of knowledge and learn as you go- your knowledge comes from experience from taking action. |

"Disciplining yourself to do what YOU know is right & important, although difficult is the high road to pride, self-esteem & personal satisfaction"
But isn't pride a mortal sin? Shouldn't we discipline ourselves to be humble in the face of our achievements? To forego personal gain or satisfaction from performing righteous deeds and follow the highest road of service, duty and love for our fellow man? ![]() Tom |
