Pitch Pages & Affiliate Links?

I'm wary of Pitch Pages that have internal, non-sales links. It seems these lead away from the sale and ditches my hop.

Is my concern valid or is my hop-link cookied in there somehow.

    You run a potential risk of losing sales with any type of page "leakage" whether you're promoting products as an affiliate or you actually own the products.

    But yes I would be concerned if you're promoting products as an affiliate and you got some leakage.

    I wouldn't necessarily consider an opt in box as leakage but it is something to consider as well.

    In fact a lot of people get really upset with the opt in box on an affiliate page but actually I make more sales as an affiliate when there is an opt in box and follow-up series.
