Default whitelisting / changing email server

Hi there,

My business is grown and I have an email list of 90,000+.

To save money, I have gone from outsourcing email delivery with authsmtp.com to using autorepsonseplus from my site's server.

I need to make sure that my emails are still delivered.

Does anyone have the links to the yahoo/hotmail/aol pages regarding
getting whitelisted or details on changing the sender's IP address. I'm also looking to find out how to get emails from those that put in spam compaints so I can remove them from the lis

Authsmpt had this feature built in and I think it helps keep delivery up.

Thank you for any help that you can provide.

Rob

Default Re: whitelisting / changing email server

Hey Rob, I have used Interspire Email Marketer in the past and found that it was very useful as far as reporting spam complaints/unsubscribes. The interface is very simple to use. As far as whitelisted ip's, you need to make sure your host provides you an ip (or ips) that are not blacklisted already. If you get yourself a non-blacklisted IP you should be good to go if you use double-opt in. As far as details on getting whitelisted, here is the link to AOL: http://postmaster.aol.com/.
