Default Can the Admin explain everything considered SPAM

Can the Admin explain everything considered SPAM in this forum.
I once posted 3 movie review videos on one of my own blogs with only a
small comment that I highly recommended that everyone go and see the movie and I was immediately accused by Google of spamming. I was in shock. I appealed it and they realized I was a real person and then I wrote my own commentary about the movie and they said that was OK. Then a couple of weeks later they accused me again of spamming for what I have no idea of and I appealed and since then there has not been any probem. I guess they were on a war-path a while back and were accusing anyone they could find of spamming. I understand it was because of so many auto-content blogs around but I just wanted a list of every possible infraction in this forum because I have read the rules and I am sure something must have been left out. You do not have to restate the obvious.
Thank you very much.

There is no list of every possible instance of spam. You will have to use a bit of common sense and perhaps get familiar with the forum.

I hope he can't (and that he won't even try) otherwise there would be no room for discretion, judgment and flexible enforcement. And those are three of the things I like about this forum.

"Interesting" first post, though. Welcome (I think).

While I don't speak for the Admin here, it's generally considered self promotion to talk about and link to your own site in a forum and can be considered spam. Especially if you are talking about something that's offtopic to the forum. (like talking about movies on an Internet marketing forum)

(I don't quite get how you were accused by Google of spamming this forum?)

Unless Allen has been seriously holding out on us, he has nothing to do with Google or their determination of you may or may not have done spamwise on your blog.

You need to ask Google - no one but them can tell you with any certainty why they thought your blog was spammy.

I don't get the part of Google accusing you of spamming. Can you explain that part further?

First, there are 2 separate issues: 1. what is considered spam here and 2. what Google considers blog spam that I was not sure were related. From these remarks I guess they are not related.
Let me be more specific, for example, someone asks a question in this forum and someone else who has written a great deal on that topic happens to respond with some content and with a link from their website directly related to the answer but in great depth and detail not easily cover in a post. That person who put a link in the post, not in the signature is thrown out for spamming. Is that what would happen here?

If that link is not selling, but offering just nice, useful content... it might stay. I have seen it many times: exactly as you described - a link to a nice, comprehensive write-up and not moderated.

Disclaimer: I am not a moderator here (although we all are!) and I always suggest using common sense*.

In many cases, yes - becuase they would be seen as posting to promote their site. If you want to point to your site, you do it with your signature.
