Paid Links: Seller and Buyer Beware!

I don't know if anyone else has seen this:

Paid Links: Seller and Buyer Beware! - Search Engine Watch (SEW)

Basically it is saying that if you are promoting an affiliate products, and have links out to them from your site (which obviously you are), then you may well get penalised, as these will be seen as the vendor "buying" links from you.

I don't normally cloak my links, or make them no follow. Is there a quick and easy way on a WP site to no follow the affiliate links?
