Anyone seen a support ticket system where...

Where you can just use a flash interface or something to record the answer as an audio?

If not, someone make it so I can buy a copy LOL

People support a ticket--->You click reply and record audio...they listen to answer...

I would love that...

UPDATE: Or an addon for OsTicket...would be even better hehe...

    This would be great I agree. But you could also create a website where people who opened a support ticket can go and check if there question got answered. Of yourse the answer is an audio.

    Let's say when people open a support tiket they get a unique number of their ticket. Now they can use that number or word or whatever and check if their question got answered. So there is no need for a special software. You just have to create that website.

    Hope I could help you with that idea even though I really don't know if it would work like that. Just some ideas for you I don't think that I will have another opportunity to help you or Jeremy out because you really know your stuff and only post helpful stuff instead of questions.
