Hi, I just want to know that, can a search engine find out what is your IP address by simply knowing from where you made a new profile in a new web 2.0 sites, forums, and pliggs sites, wordpress blog?

In almost all cases, no. And the exceptions are likely to be illegal, such as a site owner sharing your info.
