Article Resource Box

I recently purchased a WSO here on the warrior forum & one of the things they covered was writing articles. The question I have is that in this WSO, I was instructed to make sure my main keyword is in anchor
text in the resource box.

How do I do that? I've never created anchor text before?!?!?!
