The Uncertainity Syndrome

Hey guys... just wanted to see who the had the opportunity to read Rich Schefren's new Report, The Uncertainty Syndrome. He's always so far ahead of everyone else online... especially when it comes to his thinking and understanding of business.

The idea of being able to find and remove the ONE obstacle or constraint holding your business back is just so powerful, if you think about it. And, since there really is just one thing that is the constraint in any business system at any point in time, focusing on anything else in your business really does become a waste of time.

I felt like the pizza example Rich gives in the report really brought it to light. What did you guys think?
