SMF module

Hello Warriors

I am just having a stab in the dark here - I run a few forums and I am just looking at pushing some CPA ads occassionally at them is there SMF module that I can use to display an announcement? that everybody can see?

Been awhile since I used SMF but isn't there a newsletter section at the top of every page? If its still there you can actually put html code in it to run banners that link to anything you want, including affiliate sites/offers.

Not sure if that makes sense.

Yeah I used that feature but Ikinder wanna force it on them...lol

lol, I understand. I found for me setting up a static html sales page on my site masked for the offer worked, and then sending out an email blast to all forum members with a link to that page.

Again, it may not be forced, as they can delete the message, but I am not one for forcing anything on anyone...maybe a shove or two, but thats it.
