Best place to get pics for website

Hello everyone,

I would like to know what you consider the best place to get images for your websites?

Places like Istock are to me just to expensive for what you get.

Is there a place that is popular with Marketers that has good images and good prices?

Possibly someone knows of great places for free images besides google images.

Free Photos, Free Stock Photos, Images

openphoto.net since 1998

ImageBase, free images, public domain, free photos

Just be sure to read the licenses before you use them.

I always use GettyImages. They arent particularly cheap, but the quality is fantastic.

If your into a particular niche, and have a list or audience, then you can ask them to send you pics of your choice, you could try it for free, or offer them a few bucks, it works great!

Another technique I use is Craigslist, post whatever your looking for, and wait for responses, I used it to get pics of a particular dog breed, and payed $20 for 10 pics done by a proffesional photographer!

its free of the quality of the pictures are amazing. I used them recently for one of my niches and was shocked by the quality.

Hi mmfh,

You can get free istock image with this little trick,

1. go to google image search

2. type in search bar like this

Quote:

inurl:istock "keyword"

3. replace keyword with your choice...

4. That is, you get a lot of istock picture...
