Anyone know if these two are compatible?

I've been using QB Premier for years and had no problem importing IFF files from 1SC into QB. Now QB online does not support IFF files.

Luckily I'm still on trial with QB online.

And tried to call 1SC tech support, but since you have to pay now to talk to a human, I have to wait 48 hours for an e-mail response!! Haven't I paid them enough to warrant a little phone time!!
