I am very bad. I am doing my taxes at this very moment from last year which need to be postmarked by the 15th to avoid penalties.
While I am fortunate enough to have records all online - IE paypal, bank statements, etc I am now finally seeing a clear picture of the specific logs and spreadsheets I need to be making to keep things in order on a monthly basis.
While it looks as though I have spent far more than I made - I did make some money!
Now I am slapping myself silly on campaigns that were making me something and I did not go that extra mile.
If you are just getting started, I HIGHLY encourage you to organize a filing system that includes payments and lots of tracking.
I'm putting together my own kit of sorts and encourage you all to do the same.
