Online Checkout with Affilate Payouts

Hey guys, I am looking for a solid online checkout that does automatic affiliate payouts.

Something like ClickBank would be perfect, but I am looking for sell a DVD not a digital product. Can Google checkout do this? Or maybe Google Checkout + 3rd Party system?

Let me know what you think will work best, thanks.
