One of the big problems with keeping up with Sidewiki is the need to monitor every page on every site you control. Here's an answer I plan to test immediately. It doesn't block Sidewiki, but it will notify you by email every time a browser with the toolbar and sidewiki enabled visits your site. You can get the page visited along with the IP. I still have no intention of letting Google take a free ride on my site's traffic and am blocking Sidewiki on my sites.
