Expert Advice Needed: Can WordPress Host more than one Domain?

If I buy a domain from a place like go daddy say purple flying monkeys.com and use wordpress to host it

then i buy green prostate removal tools.net and want wordpress to host it.

Do I have to purchase a seperate account? Or is there a way I can combine the two to save some cash and not have to remember 2 wordpress username and pw.
I know some of you got lots of webpages so what do you do.

wordpress is not a "hosting account". It is a blogging platform that you INSTALL in a hosting account.

So - you either need to redirect or FORWARD your domain to your wordpress FREE blog, or you need to buy a hosting account and associate it with your domain name and then install wordpress.
