What software do you use for Google love?

I'm sure this has been asked before but I can't find it so sorry if this is more forum clutter.

time is obviously money. Unfortunately most of the things that need to be done to get good ranking is tedious and time consuming.

What software packages are you using to shave precious minutes off of research, writing, posting, and monitoring?

I'm using Marketing Samurai for marketing and Article Spinner for writing but looking for tried and true software packages for the rest of it.
