Revolution One WP theme ... is it available for free download?

Is the Revolution One WP theme available as a free download or is it for purchase only? And if so, where can I purchase it? I can't find it anywhere! But maybe I'm just missing it...

I know some Warriors are offering customized Revolution One WP blogs in the Websites For Sale Section, but none are quite what I'm looking for. I just want the theme really. In case you don't know what theme I'm talking about, here is an example from a fellow Warrior...

    They have retired those versions of the Theme. There are some people that have developers licenses to these themes and still sell a developed version of them.

    Technically, those with a license can not sell just the theme, just a developed product/site.

    The new version of that Theme is the Corporate theme at StudioPress.com. It looks a little different out of the box, but the set up is pretyy similar.
