Internet Marketing Pays For Happy Hour!!!

That would be a great title for a product, huh?

But, I gotta say,

I LOVE internet marketing!!!

Today is 10/13 which marks the 1 yr anniversary of me and a special group of people going into training for the most gawd awful job I wouldn't wish on anyone in corporate America

Since all of us quit this summer, we got together for happy hr. today to celebrate the fact that we don't have to go to that job anymore

I still wake up every Monday morning and I am so thankful I am not at the job anymore. 7 Am morning meeting...cold calling all day....then the 2 hr 5 PM evening meeting. 12 hr day

And the worst part of it was, I would miss the first half of Monday night football.

The heck with that nonsense!

So we had such a good time. We had all kinds of appetizers...and I think the people in the lounge were jealous because we were having so much fun!

We ran up a respectable bill.

But the really cool part of it is....while I was busy having a great time and a drink or three, my websites were hard at work making money.

I got home and found at the period of time from 6-10 PM, my sites more than paid for my night on the town

I am really thankful for today

Sorry if this is devoid of any IM info...I just thought it would be a fun story and maybe a little motivational

It's always great when you hit that point that you know money is coming in when you are out partying or being an idiot - or even just sitting in a movie theater. The problem is when you wish you could sit there and hit refresh. I call it "refresh syndrome" and I have a bad case of it.

This is a problem that we all go through at some stage, take it from an old hand, you can end up buying everything, reading some of it, and taking no action at all on your business!

What you need to do is to find one method that resonates with you, then devote all your efforts to that one method. When you start to make money from that method, then you can look at starting another method, and devote all of your spare time to getting it to work for you. One step at a time.

You should only consider buying more products (like Mark's excellent WSO) if they fit into your overall plan, not because they are cheap! If you follow this advice then soon you too can be having a 'Happy Hour' with your friends whenever you want. This business isn't that hard, you just need to ignore all the Guru 'advice' and their $20,000 sales copy for their latest 'Crack The Code' ebook and F-O-C-U-S on your business plan.

Mark, congratulations, and I hope that you don't get too much of a hangover after your happy hour. You made it to this point, and you deserve the happy hour. How many of your friends are still out there looking for another job? How many are on welfare now?

You made a decision, you came up with a plan, and you saw it through, so enjoy the moment! All the best with your business, and many more happy hours! :-)

I have only purchased 1 wso,and just purchased 1 more. basically on 'how to' for wso's. I know i can create a great product ,its just getting the wso details straight.

I've got 3 methods which will gradually build on each other naturally. The main key here is now,is to take action and start producing the information products.

I TOTALLY agree. Thats what I did.

I blocked everything out in May except one method. I think I set my all time record for the least amt I spent in WSO's that month...and I just focused on ONE method

Exactly..and that money can be better spent on growing your business

And a Cheap WSO can be expensive...because you are spending your time which is VERY valuable...AND you just diverted your focus.

Focusing on ONE thing is INCREDIBLY powerful

Haha...I got a bit of a hangover but I am getting into the swing of things this afternoon so I will be working late this eve lol

The crazy thing is, I have offered to help some of my friends and those who ask me about it because they complain about their job yet when I offer to help and show them what to do...they don't do anything...that is rather frustrating

The key to 'taking action' is just to get started! Try to get the big things right, but don't sweat the little things. Don't worry about making your product perfect, just do the best that you can, as quickly as you can.

If you bought Mark Dickenson's first WSO then you will know by now that his video presentations are a little rough around the edges, but as I keep saying, the main thing about any product is the content, not the presentation. Having said that, a better presentation makes a product seem more professional to the customer, so it is worth the effort to get it right, just don't spend years getting it perfect.

Once you get your first drafts together, let me know, I am a trained proofreader, and if you are interested then I will proofread your first WSO for you gratis -- just to help you get going. Either way, I wish you the best of luck for your first WSO!

Unfortunately, that is typical of people the world over. It is easier to just complain and do nothing than to get off their asses and help themselves! Yes, it is a bit scary to decide to go into business for yourself at the beginning, but once you do decide to do it then there is literally no limit to the amount of money you can make, except for the limits you put on yourself (which is a whole new topic!).

But most people are too scared to take that first step, and just keep doing the same things that they have been doing all their lives, which is to make money for someone else, then complain about their life. The stupid thing is, as you know, they can start making money part-time while still working at their J-O-B, then go full-time when their part-time income exceeds their full-time wage, and that is the way that I recommend to anyone that asks me.

You seems to be soo happy, but i don`t recommend to spend all your spare time in fun, however you can utilize it in growing up your online business, also the so fanny life will give you the
