Outsourcing to a virtual assistant is something I have been looking into for quite sometime and as soon as I have alot of good information on it I will be sure to share it

VA stuff is good to know, especially for basic questions that come in, handling refunds, etc. but i'm really looking at building a larger group of virtual employees to do production, detailed support, etc. and work on a full time basis. Any ideas on that?

Eben actually goes into lots of detail in his "paid" material, so if you can get your hands on any of that... For example his $10,000 Get Altitude seminar went into how to expand your business to the $20 Million per year level and beyond, which obviously includes outsourcing / hiring.

OutsourceMethod.com seems to be a great source, though I think the price is rising to $997.

I'm actually going through Eben's Get Altitude program right now. TONS of good information on hiring and managing a team! Really amazing the knowledge and experience he has in this area!

For example: Don't hire someone you like...(because even though you like them, they might turn out to be a BAD employee.)

Don't hire someone because he/she is just like you.

Don't hire someone who is more of an entrepreneur.. (because they might take off and start their own business in six months.)

Treat people with respect and they will work harder for you because they respect you.

Treat people like **** and they won't respect you or your company and won't work hard.. or won't care if they screw up.

Anyway, just a few insights I'm getting from the program.

I like Ebens stuff, but seems like a lot of what to do info, which is valuable.

Any specific tools/software/training to manage virtual teams?
PDF questions to ask potential employees?
Examples of team structures, results sheets?

Maybe what I am asking for is something more turnkey?
