Default Google Docs Breaks Down? How Timely ...NOT!

I receive a chat, it says "how do I share a google doc with you"?

It's one of my clients, due to go on vacation. (I'd put a day on it, but my client is on the other side of the world, and we frequently

(Ooops -- I think the spelling checkers have gone on revolt. or else those pink lines under the words are supposed to mean something else than the spelling is wrong. ?

Hmm, now it's okay. Earlier today, gmail's spellchecker complained about my perfectly correctly spelled "qualified" sigh. Maybe it's just slow. Actually, it's flagged a bunch of correctly spelled words in the previous 2 sentences...Hang on, let me try something...No it's still complaining. Weird. Oh, I just added "correctly spelled" before words, and those 2 sentences are now all happy? Is this just me, or are other people having this happen to them? Oh well. Where was I?)

As i was saying, we frequently are on different days of the week.

Client's going on vacation. I'm holding down the fort.

Turns out, client figured out how to share a google doc with me.
Unfortunately, Google doesn't remember how -- as, when I click on the link that google has sent me -- it says I don't have permission.

I hope Google figures it out. Or my client peaks in before taking off on vacation. Otherwise, I won't know what they want me to do....

SIGH!

In related news, I just was contacted by a software developer because of problems I'm having installing script. At least he can't tell me to complain to my hosting company. He has an interest in the hosting company.

Okay...yet anothre (note, I'm leaving that misspelled word there. It's NOT been flagged.) exciting day in the life of an Internet Marketer. Beats having to fight traffic. I'll take the trade off! Besides, it's really nice, when I can't sleep, to come in and knock off several hours of work and then return to bed. Or take a late afternoon nap and wake up in the late evening to return to work. That's where "working in your PJs" really has meaning.

Guess this is episode #2 of "Why you (and I) don't get anything done..."
(previous thread.)

Live JoyFully!

Judy
