Default Again about FTC - short

Do you know if new FTC rules apply only to US citizens or other too? Who can be sued by FTC?

I think they're part of the "New World Order", attempting to impose a single globally-uniform set of laws on buyers and sellers.

The rules apply to anyone marketing to U.S. consumers. Everyone has to follow the laws of the country they do business in. The FTC has done cross boarder (International) enforcement

See, that's where it gets shady. Are you marketing to US customers if you put a webpage up that US customers can access?

France isn't going to hand someone over to the States for breaking fedral laws if they didn't hand Polanski over. And hell will freeze over before the Russians let you prosecute a Russian citizen living in Russia.
