Having Problems with GetResponse

I'm having some strange problems with GetResponse.

I have set up two autoresponders with them - but, neither seems to work. I have had one report so far (from a nice person here at WF) that they could not sign up. What's weird is that with both of the autoresponders sometimes I can sign up and join my own newsletter and sometimes I can't.

Since it is so sporadic and unpredictable, I can't help but think that the problem is with the GetResponse service.

The even bigger problem is that they are not highly responsive - it takes them a good 24 hours to get back to me and then they tell me that there's no problem.

I'm waiting for another response from them now, but based on my previous experience with their crack tech support team, I'm not holding my breath.

I'm still in the trial stage with Get Response - that's because I can't get my first 10 subscribers because most of the time the service won't allow a sign-up to occur.

Am I the only one having this kind of problem with them?

And where else can I go besides Aweber. Is there another option?
