My Strategy

I want to share with you my strategy plan that I have in place to try to make $500 a month on my blog. Is my strategy on track or far off?

1. Found a Niche
2. Researched Niche
3. Found a product on clickbank
4. Researched my competitors using online tools
5. research keywords
6. purchased a domain name with my main keyword in the domain name and setup my blog
7. setup robot file and sitemap.xml
8. submit blog website address to search engines
9. submit sitemap.xml file
10. Write quality articles with a backlink back to my blog
11. Post my articles on my blog
12. Properly SEO my blog, title tags, alt tags, meta tags, picture names the same name that my keyword is, h1, bold tags
13. submit quality articles to article submission directories
14. submit my blog to website submission directories
15. Submit to social bookmarking websites using socialbot
16. Run a backlink campaign on my blog using backlink packets and interacting on discussion forums related to my topic.
17. Once articles are approved submit articles to website directories
18. Repeat process 8-17

At the end of this hoping the user clicks on the affiliate link on my blog.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Looks good and a whole lot of work.

- You can register your blog at all the major blog directories by using kping.com

- You should ping each blog post's rss feed at pingler which has over 90 rss directories or copy & paste pingler'com's massive ping list in your Wordpress update manager.



#10: Linking back to a post on your blog or to a clean type of landing page that presells your prospects? ( note you can have 2 links in your article bio-box at most article dirs )

#14: Not sure you can do this.


#17 Submit articles to website directories?? Doesn't sound like you can do that.

Thanks for your tips!! On number #17 I met that once my article is approved and I get a direct link to my article I would submit that link to website directories... Or cant you do that?

You can only submit websites to website directories. (Blogs for blog directories, RSS feeds for RSS directories, podcasts to podcast directories. Etc.)

If you want to promote articles, link to them from web 2.0 properties or bookmark them.

Mr. Ferraro, how well does SocialBot treat you, as I've been reading/hearing *mixed* reviews on this product? If you will, please be *in-depth*, as I'm certainly pondering on buying it (in the near future), as I don't want to spend "all day" bookmarking accounts, LOL!
