Acrnonym/Cheat Sheet of Everything to Remember During all Marketing Messages?

I wish I knew of a little cheat-sheet of all the little elements to include in every marketing message (email, mini sales pitch, etc.).

So far, I can think of

1.) Personalization
2.) Relate
3.) Illustrate the pain
4.) Exclusivity in the offer
5.) USP
6.) Limited availability
7.) Takeaway
8.) Time limitation..

Etc.

Anyone have any suggestions on other little modules to include in every little sales message?
