Default Tracking an article's sales stats?

Howdy.

I was wondering what you all use to track the sales statistics of each one of your articles.

Somehow I need to track the sales made from each page
on my website, and also how to track any sale that an article submission makes.

My goal is to be able to sort out my highest earning pages so that I can focus my efforts on those.

Any suggestions are welcomed and definitely appreciated.

Isn't it only able to track traffic? I need to track conversions....and at the article level too.

Say I have an article out on an article directory. Can it track the traffic from that article to see if any sales were made because of it?

Thank you!
Daniel
