Can you please, please, please, take your aweber questions to them?

If you have specific questions about doing stuff with auto-responders, that's one thing.

Ask away.

But aweber's online chat is astonishingly good, and they also know the aweber knowledge base backwards and forwards and can point you to the right articles in their kb to help you out (and you might even learn cooler stuff as you get tempted by the links below the article they point you to, to the related articles.

And, if they don't know the answer -- they'll go find it out (while you wait) -- or refer you to their 800 number.

I've head praises about aweber customer service for years from various sources, it's only getting better.

Just wrote them the other day and they got back to me within 12 hours and with the right information I needed. Some people bad talk aweber for some delayed emails. but you know what they are always A game I feel
