Can I make a Wordpress Direct blog into a store?

Hey guys,

I have gotten set up with the Wordpress Direct Bronze package as a part of the Thirty Day Challenge, and I am helping a local friend promote her business. I KNOW that I can get traffic to this site (even though I just started last night,) but, there she has no website of her own. Is there a Wordpress Direct plug in that I can add so that they can do the purchasing of her products from this website as well?
