How do I convert avi into flv

INTERNET MARKETING

just wondering how to convert avi into flv

I have macromedia flash but it takes like 3 hours for a 10 minute video.

I also have video web wizard, but not sure if that creates a flv I can give away.

I also have camtasia 6 is there any way I can just record in flv.

I am a dunce I know but any help is appreciated.

Yes can render it in FLV.

On left under "Produce", click "Produce Video As", Click "Next", make sure Flash output is selected, click "Next", Click "Flash Options", select "FLV".

  I use Pazera Free flv to avi converter - it converts both ways, gives additional formatiing options and best of all is FREE.
