I need to invite 10-15 persons(not from my country) to some site(social network).
Each of these people must:
1) Enter name. (real or fake - not important)
2) Enter his University(or college) and school.
3) Upload a photo. (real or fake - not important)
4) Enter mobile phone number to send him(her) a validation code in order to confirm his(her) registration.

How do I do this with minimal cost?

It's a forum kind of like this one but more loosely moderated - and of a lower quality (in my opinion).
